Ginger Almond Brownies

I wanted something sweet and comforting today so I whipped these up. Kind of a rif on a blondie and a brownie, plus it only takes a few minutes and you’ll only need a few ingredients. Easy.

  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Butter

  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Teaspoon Powdered Ginger

    Cream the almond butter and eggs, add the dry ingredients and mix together. Pour into 8 x 8 baking pan. Place in a 350 degree preheated oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
